How can I contact you?
What does a consultation look like?
We can connect in person — if local to the Raleigh area— or online.
We’ll go over your project needs and questions, helping guide you in the right direction and offering our professional insight. If we’re ready to move forward with scheduling, the consultation fee can be deducted from your final install total.
Which wallpaper is right for me?
Peel & Stick Wallpaper: seams are more visible, usually more affordable than pasted, fast and easy to install, removable (but may remove paint), tends to have a glossier finish
Pasted/Traditional Wallpaper: looks seamless, can be expensive, easy to reposition while installing, can be removed by a professional or with time and effort (but could leave damage to paint or drywall), generally has a matte finish
If your walls or ceiling are heavily textured, MOST wallpapers will not work for you.
How much wallpaper do I need?
This can be a tricky question! For all projects, you’ll need the estimated square footage of the wall(s) you’ll be wallpapering. Do include windows, doorways, and other obstacles in your square footage as most wallpapers have a repeat to their pattern that you need to follow.
After you’ve determined the size of your wall, you’ll need to look at the wallpaper details. You’ll need to note the roll width, roll length, and pattern repeat + drop. [see notes on these key words below]
Most websites have wallpaper calculators to help guide you in ordering the correct amount.
So, while this sounds like it can be a lot of math, much of the guesswork can be done for you! If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out as a consultation may be helpful.
P.S. It’s always better to over order than under order when it comes to wallpaper amounts!
What wallpaper terms do I need to know?
Roll Width: the width of the wallpaper, therefore the width of each panel of paper on the wall. Commonly 20-30 inches.
Roll Length: the full length of the roll of continuous wallpaper, anywhere from 9-16 feet on a single roll to 33 feet or more on a double roll.
Pattern Repeat: the length between repeated sections of wallpaper on the roll. Commonly 18-24 inches. The longer the length, the more paper waste your project may create.
Pattern Match: straight match means that the pattern will match straight across each panel of wallpaper, half-drop match means that your second panel will need to shift down a given amount (usually 12-24”) to continue matching the pattern, random match means that all sections of wallpaper will match.
Overlap: some papers will have an additional width (usually 1/2”) printed to overlap the previous strip on the wall to help with continuous pattern matching.
Lot Number: the number identifier that indicates the print and dye lot for each roll. It’s important that all your rolls match, otherwise there may be a color or print discrepancy.

Do you guarantee your work?
I do! I install every wallpaper based on the guidelines provided by the wallpaper manufacturers. If there are any existing areas of concern prior to install, I will let you know, and we can decide on how to best proceed — things like wallpapering in a non well-ventilated room, wallpapering on heavily textured walls, or installing low-quality paper.
I am available to assess and fix any issues that came from installation, so just reach out!
How much will installation cost?
The amount will vary from job to job as its dependent on the paper type, wall size(s), and any obstacles such as doorways, cabinets, vanities, light switches, etc! Below are some example prices of a 10’x10’ space as a baseline:
$300 for a single accent wall
$900 for a full room (4 walls)
